I recently built a PC with a Radeon 9070 XT, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB of Corsair Dominator RGB DDR5, a 1TB M.2 SSD, and an ASUS ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WiFi motherboard. The system stays powered on, but the monitor suddenly shows "DisplayPort No Signal." Sometimes I can still hear the game running, although I cannot interact with anything. The only way to get the graphics card working again is to switch off the PSU completely, wait a while, and turn it back on. The problem has become worse, and the display may now cut out within a minute of reaching the desktop. I initially listed the GPU as a 7900 XT by mistake; it is actually a 9070 XT. What could be causing this, and what should I check?

Since the card needs the PSU fully switched off before it works again, it may be dropping off the PCIe bus and failing to reinitialize. First, reseat the graphics card and check every power connection. Use two separate PCIe power cables from the PSU rather than a single daisy-chained cable, and try reducing the GPU power limit by around 30% as a test. If the system becomes stable, that points toward a power-delivery issue involving the PSU, cabling, or the card itself.

Sorry, I listed the wrong model in the title and parts list earlier. The GPU is definitely a 9070 XT.
