My Cat Knocked Over a Drink on My PC – What Should I Do Next?

I have a bit of a situation here—my mischievous cat managed to spill some tea on my PC tower, mainly affecting the GPU. I unplugged everything and I've been letting it sit for a bit. Is there anything else I should do to prevent damage? Just to clarify, I'm not really blaming my cat for this, he just got a little too curious!

Let's be real, this isn't the cat's fault. You shouldn't have liquids around your expensive gear. Just consider it a lesson learned, although I'm sure your kitty's antics contributed to the chaos. If it was a small spill and the PC isn't too pricey, you might be okay after a good clean.

You definitely need to get that cleaned professionally ASAP. Tea can cause serious issues in your PC, and once it starts corroding, you're going to run into more problems down the line. Next time, maybe keep drinks away from your gear to avoid this in the future!

Poor kitty, but honestly, it's on you for having a drink near your setup. Best to take it in for a good cleanup and proper drying. Stuff like this can lead to big headaches later on if you don't tackle it now.
