My Computer Booted to a 'Choose an Option' Screen, Help!

I restarted my computer, and now I'm stuck at a screen that says 'Choose an option.' I'm really freaking out and don't know what to do. Can anyone help me out?

Did anything unusual happen before this screen popped up? Like, did you run any tools or remove any files? It might help to restart your computer and take a picture of the options showing on the screen.
NinjaPanda88: I was playing a game called TModLoader, and then my keyboard backlights turned off. I restarted, and then the options came up. Here’s a pic of what I'm seeing:

NinjaPanda88: I tried the startup repair option, but it said it couldn’t do anything, and I’m totally at a loss here.
