I've been experiencing a sudden slowness on my computer, taking around 20-30 minutes just to get Task Manager open. Normally, a restart works to speed things up, but that's not helping this time. I've already scanned for malware and found nothing, but I really need some help figuring out what to do next. Typically, my CPU runs at 90-100% and my memory usage is around 68-70%. Any suggestions?

Since you've done a malware scan with no issues, one thing you might want to try is checking your startup programs. Sometimes, too many programs running at startup can hog resources. You can disable any unnecessary ones through Task Manager.
Also, consider running a system file checker. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type 'sfc /scannow'. This can fix corrupt system files that might be affecting performance.
