I was playing GTA V, and everything was running smoothly for hours. Out of nowhere, my monitor went black, but I could still hear the game and my friend who was on a call while I was screen sharing. Then, my monitor displayed 'no video input.' I turned the monitor and the PC off and on, but now there's no video output to the monitor at all. I noticed that the GPU fans stopped running when it shut off initially and slowed down when I tried restarting. I've tried multiple times, but it still won't show any video now.

If you're comfortable with it, try removing your GPU and see if you can use the onboard graphics instead (if your CPU supports that). If you're not experienced with that kind of stuff, it might be better to wait for more advice.
Can you provide details about your hardware? By the way, it's normal for the GPU fan to not run at all times, especially if you're not under heavy load. Usually, the fans only spin up when the temperatures hit a certain point.
So, after shutting down the PC completely, are you still not getting any signal on your monitor? Make sure to turn off the power switch on your PSU as well. After that, try to leave everything unplugged for a bit to fully drain the power, and then turn it back on. Are you still facing the same issue?

Yeah, I did unplug everything and left them off for about 5 minutes before trying again, but still no video.
