I've been experiencing frustrating issues where my desktop freezes randomly while I'm gaming, and even occasionally while just browsing on Google Chrome. Here are my specs: A520M K V2 motherboard, Ryzen 7 5700G CPU, and 16GB of RAM. I've tried several troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue, including checking temperatures (which are normal), tuning the CPU (attempted to overclock using AMD's Adrenaline software), reinstalling and updating Windows, updating drivers through Device Manager, and checking for updates on the AMD website. Unfortunately, the freezing still occurs, lasting about 5-10 seconds before everything returns to normal. If anyone has ideas on how to fix this, I'd really appreciate your help!

Have you checked your storage and GPU specs? Knowing these can really help narrow it down. Sometimes integrated graphics can struggle with demanding tasks, depending on what you’re playing and how much RAM you have.
You might want to take a look at the Event Viewer on Windows. It can provide some insights into what's happening during those freezes. Have you seen any critical errors around the time it happens?
I checked the Event Viewer and found critical, error, and warning messages. The freezes are happening every 5 seconds now, and the CPU usage consistently falls to 0. It’s really frustrating!

I’m using the built-in GPU since I don’t have a dedicated one. My storage is a 512GB Ramsta SSD. I've noticed that during these freezes, the CPU usage drops to 0% too. It’s weird!
