My HP Envy Laptop Won't Turn On, Any Ideas?

Hey everyone, I'm having some serious trouble with my HP Envy work laptop. It won't power on at all, and it's only about a year old. I've tried using different outlets but the charging light never comes on. The power light doesn't turn on either, and the screen is completely black. Just to note, it uses a USB-C charging port and I've tried multiple chargers. I also noticed that the fans don't even start up. Any suggestions on what might be going wrong?

It sounds like there might be a total power failure with your laptop. If there's no indicator light at all, you could be dealing with a dead motherboard or a faulty charging port. Just to be safe, you could check with a different charger to rule that out.

Does your charger have any lights or indicators? If it’s a USB-C charger, typically it doesn't have a light, so that might not help much. Make sure it's plugged in securely and try a different outlet too.
