My iPhone 17 Seems Suspicious – Possible Malware Issues?

I've got an iPhone 17 running iOS 26 and I'm starting to worry that it might be hacked or infected with malware. Lately, my dad has been getting alerts that my phone is trying to access dangerous websites, even when I'm not using it. I attempted to reset my phone and restored from a backup last night, but that didn't help at all. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice on what to do next?

It's pretty unlikely that your phone is hacked. More likely, the filtering software your dad's using is incorrectly set up or it's just flagging harmless ads as threats. You might want to check on what specific URLs it's alerting about for a better understanding.

Is there any way to double-check those URLs to see if they're legit?

Yeah, it could be just advertising links causing those false alarms.

The alerts might be overly sensitive and flagging harmless tracking links. I suggest asking your dad to check if he’s getting similar alerts on his devices. That could clarify if it’s a problem with your phone or just the filtering software being aggressive.
