My Keyboard Won’t Access BIOS: What Should I Do?

I've spent hours trying to set up my new PC build and thought I had everything connected correctly. When I first powered it on, the RAM LED lit up but the RGB on my CPU fan didn't, and nothing showed up on my monitor. After reseating the RAM, the fan RGB worked and I saw the boot screen, but now the VGA LED is on, and my keyboard isn't responding when I press the delete key to enter BIOS. The keyboard lights up, but it seems unresponsive. I'm really frustrated and could use some help!

Check for a small piece of metal that might be touching the motherboard. Sometimes that can cause issues with booting.

What are your specs? If your computer does start and you see something on screen, you might want to try pressing F2 or F8 instead of Delete to enter the BIOS.

Is your keyboard wired or wireless? If it's wireless, it might not work until the operating system installs drivers. For wired keyboards, sometimes switching the USB ports to the rear I/O can help, so maybe give that a shot if you haven't already.

It's a wired keyboard, and I've tried all the USB ports, but no luck. I'm going to try an old keyboard to see if that helps.
