I'm having trouble with my Acer Aspire laptop. It started with an error during startup, and now it's stuck on "Preparing Automatic Repair" even after trying to restart it with the advanced options. I'm using Windows 11 but I'm not sure of the exact model. Can anyone help me get my laptop working again?

First off, make sure you back up any important data if you can access it. If you're not concerned about the files on your laptop, you might want to consider doing a clean install of Windows 11. There’s a guide [here](https://rtech.support/installations/install-11/) that explains the process well.
Could it be caused by a recent Windows update? I had the same issue today with my Acer Aspire. Have you figured out any solutions yet?
I haven't found a solution yet either. I'm running a disk check right now, but I've tried several repair options already. If that doesn't work, I might have to reformat and install Windows. It's pretty frustrating, especially because I have research papers and photography projects on it.
