I'm dealing with a frustrating issue with my HP Envy x360 (15m-ds0011dx) running on Windows 11. No matter how many times I try to shut it down, it randomly turns back on without me touching anything! The power light remains on, which is puzzling. I've already updated the BIOS, drivers, and Windows, plus I've disabled fast startup and prevented devices from waking the laptop. I even ran a system file check, and everything came back fine. This problem started after I upgraded to Windows 11 last September, and it's getting worse. Shutting down isn't even working for me anymore; I have to resort to putting it in rest mode instead. I'm completely at a loss for what to try next. Any suggestions would really help!
