I'm having issues with my laptop keyboard where certain keys just stop responding. I had the entire keyboard replaced, but now some keys aren't working again, and I can hear a clicking noise coming from the hinge. Is there any way I can troubleshoot this problem myself without reaching out to support again? By the way, it's a Dell laptop.

It sounds like a common issue with Dell laptops. Check to see if the connector between the motherboard and keyboard is loose. You might also want to take a look at the cable because sometimes it's not fully connected. Just a thought!

I haven't noticed any spills or dust on it, though. It seems clean.
