So, I bought my MacBook Air M1 in July 2024, and it completely died out of nowhere in September 2025, just a month after the warranty expired. I treated it with care and only used it for things like web surfing. To make matters worse, it wasn't even plugged into the charger when it died. The logic board is shot! As a student, this is incredibly frustrating—it's ridiculous that my device died so soon. It's a lesson learned: I'm never buying a Mac again!

Wow, that really sounds frustrating! It’s a bummer when you take good care of a device and it fails you like that. I hear you on considering the extended warranty next time; it can really save you in situations like this. Just a suggestion!
I get your frustration, but one bad experience doesn’t mean they’re all like that! Sometimes products fail randomly, it’s unfortunate but it happens. If you’re really concerned about reliability, maybe look into getting coverage for peace of mind.
