My Mac’s Screen Is Glitching—What Could Be Wrong?

Earlier today, my Mac was functioning perfectly, but now I'm experiencing a glitch on the screen that happens every 4–5 seconds. I'm trying to figure out if this is a problem with the screen itself or if it's something internal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I even uploaded a video of the issue to give you a better idea of what's happening.

It sounds like it could be a hardware issue, but it might also be related to software. Have you tried restarting your Mac or checking for any updates? Sometimes that can resolve random glitches. Also, it’s good that you posted the video; it helps in diagnosing the problem better.

I'd suggest checking your display connections and making sure everything is plugged in properly. If it’s a laptop, try connecting it to an external monitor to see if the glitch still occurs; that can help narrow down whether it’s the screen or something inside your Mac.
