My Monitors Keep Losing Signal—What Could Be Wrong?

I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for a few months now where both of my monitors suddenly lose signal and shut off, even though they're both connected to my GPU. Interestingly, I can still talk in a Discord call, but I can't interact with anything on the screen, forcing me to restart my PC. I have a keyboard shortcut for sleep mode, but pressing it just restarts the computer instead of putting it to sleep. Otherwise, I have to do a hard shutdown using the power button on the case. The only event I've logged is 41 (63), which doesn't provide much insight.

Here are my specs:
- CPU: i9 13900k
- GPU: 3090ti Suprim
- RAM: DDR5 6300MHz (dual channel)
- Motherboard: ASUS Z790 WiFi
- PSU: ROG 1000W
- CPU Cooler: Peerless Assassin dual radiator.

Things I've already tried include:
- Clean installation of Windows 11
- Running the sfc scannow command
- Windows memory diagnostic (no errors)
- Memtest86 (4 passes, no errors)
- Updating all drivers
- Disabling fast boot
- Removing RGB control from potentially conflicting apps.

I suspect my power supply might be failing. What do you all think?

Have you considered rolling back your drivers? Also, trying a different display cable could help if there’s an issue with the current one. Sometimes it's the simple things that fix the problem!

Have you tried plugging your setup into a different wall outlet? If everything is connected to one surge protector, that could be the issue. Sometimes overloading a single outlet can cause signal loss like you're experiencing. It's probably worth checking out!

I definitely have a bit of a chaotic power setup, so I’ll give this a shot.

Let me know if that helps! I hope it’s an easy fix.
