I just got a Power Color RX 5700 XT, but when I try to test it, I'm getting no display and the fans aren't spinning at all. I noticed some little bits sticking out on the PCIe connector (they say C153), and I'm wondering if that could be causing the issue. Also, when I use integrated graphics, my PC isn't recognizing the new graphics card; it doesn't show up anywhere. Any advice would be really appreciated!

First off, try to take a clear picture of that C153 area and upload it to Imgur. Then share the link here so we can take a look. Also, make sure you've removed all the protective plastics from the GPU. It’s essential to connect the card in the x16 PCIe slot closest to the CPU, and ensure the small lock at the end secures it just like RAM sticks do. Don't forget to connect both power cables from your PSU—two 6+2 ports should be plugged in, and lastly, make sure your display cable is plugged into the GPU instead of the motherboard.
I can confirm my boot lights are on, so it seems like the card is at least getting power. But yeah, checking that it’s all fully connected might save you some trouble. Good luck!
