My New Pre-Built PC Won't Turn On—What Do I Do?

I just got a new pre-built PC, and I'm having trouble getting it to turn on. The power supply seems to be working since it's on, but pressing the power button doesn't do anything. I'm not really a PC expert, so I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting.

First, make sure there's a power switch on the back of the PSU. Try flipping that and then hit the power button again! Also, check where you bought it—what's their return or warranty policy?

It might be a good idea to reach out to the manufacturer's tech support, especially if it's new. If they can't assist you, consider sending it back for a replacement.
TechWhiz01: There's also that PCIe connector; just make sure it's plugged into the PSU if it needs to be. That could be the issue.
