Hey everyone, I woke up to find that my PC is making some strange noises, and it sounds like they're coming from the power supply unit (PSU). Everything was fine yesterday, so I'm a bit concerned. Does anyone have advice on what I should do?

Is it really that dangerous to keep using it like this? I'm in a bit of a bind since I need my computer for some stuff in the next few days, and I bought the PSU from Amazon, so a replacement might take a while to get here.
It sounds like the fan inside the PSU might be failing. Honestly, I wouldn't risk using it until you figure it out. You should consider getting it replaced or filing for a return if you can.
