My PC is struggling with gaming despite having a 4070 Super! Need upgrade advice.

Hey everyone! I've had this PC for about five years now and have only upgraded my graphics card to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super. I'm looking for help on what else to upgrade because I'm experiencing significant performance issues. I can barely run Ark on medium or low settings, and my PC freezes when I try to multitask, like opening Opera while gaming. My budget for upgrades is around $1000. Here are the specs of my system:
- **CPU:** Intel Core i7-12700F (12th Gen, 12C/20T)
- **GPU:** NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB
- **Motherboard:** MSI PRO B760-P WiFi DDR4 (MS-7D98)

I faced something similar—freezes after alt-tabbing. I ended up changing almost every component, and the power supply was the last straw. If you can, consider upgrading to a new PSU or your motherboard to support DDR5; it could make a difference!
