Hey there! I've been experiencing some frustrating stuttering issues with my PC while gaming, even on lower-quality games. Here are my specs: Intel i7 3770, GTX 1650, and 16 GB of RAM. I don't mind playing at 30 FPS, but the stuttering and drops are really bothering me. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks a lot!

Your i7 3770 is quite an old CPU, which might be the main issue here. I'd recommend checking your temps to make sure they're okay, but honestly, you're probably due for a CPU, motherboard, and RAM upgrade for better performance. That might fix the stuttering completely.

I checked my GPU temps during GTA 5, and it was at 57 C with only 10% usage, while my CPU was at 73% utilization. So, is it really the CPU that's the problem?

It's really crucial to monitor your CPU and GPU utilization while playing. With your setup, it does sound like the older CPU could be holding you back, especially if your GPU isn't fully being utilized. Maybe look into upgrades if you're seeing significant CPU load while gaming.

Yeah, the GPU doesn't seem bad; your CPU's usage being high while the GPU is low in that game likely indicates it's bottlenecking. Might want to consider an upgrade there!
