I've been experiencing crashes on my PC that cause it to restart unexpectedly, no matter what I'm doing—whether it's watching videos, using Netflix, or gaming. I've noticed some patterns before a crash occurs. For instance, when I click on Discord, the screen turns grey and starts loading as if I've just opened the app. Similarly, my browser goes black when I try to click on anything. Sounds like you need to update your graphics driver! I recommend using a driver remover first to clear out any outdated files before you install the new one. That should help fix the crashing issue.
I have an AMD graphics card and I used Adrenalin to update it. Is that all I need to do?
