Hey everyone! I've been having this frustrating issue with my PC where it completely shuts down while I'm either gaming or just browsing (like watching videos). It usually happens after about an hour of use, almost like the power just cuts out. I'm starting to think that it might be the power supply unit (PSU) that's causing this. Here are my specs:
- CPU: R7 5700x
- GPU: GTX 1650
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 AORUS
- SSD: Lexar SSD NM610 PRO 1 TB and Lexar SSD 512GB
- HDD: wdc wd10ezex-08wn4a0 1TB
- PSU: Corsair 450W
- Cooling: Standard air/fan cooler
Just to note, I upgraded the CPU from a Ryzen 2400G to the 5700X around four to five months ago. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

It might not be the PSU after all. A good step is to check the voltage readings in your BIOS—look for the +3.3v, +5v, and +12v ratings. If those are normal, then the PSU is likely fine. You should also check the MC voltage that controls the RAM for any issues. Keep me updated!

I just checked the BIOS, and here’s what I found:
+3.3v = 3.363, +5v = 5.010, +12v = 12.240. What do you think?
