Hey there!
I've got an older PC setup that's pretty quiet, with an RTX 2070 Super, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM (around 2400 MHz, I believe). Lately, I've been having trouble maintaining a smooth 144 FPS while playing League of Legends. After about 10 minutes of gaming, my FPS starts to drop significantly.
I've tried all the usual fixes—updating Windows, GPU drivers, adjusting NVIDIA settings—but nothing seems to work. I'm beginning to think my PC is lagging behind today's demands.
I'm reaching out for suggestions to improve my FPS. Also, I'm thinking about upgrading my rig this year, but with RAM prices skyrocketing due to the AI trend, I'm unsure if it's the right time to invest. If you have any recommendations for a new system within a €2000–€3000 budget that can consistently deliver 240 FPS while streaming and recording, I'd really appreciate it!

Why stream, record, and play all at once? Just play the game on normal settings and chill out a bit!

I'm already playing on the lowest settings, and my FPS still tanks, man!
