My PC Won't POST and I Can't Access BIOS - What Should I Do?

This morning, I tried starting my PC and noticed that the case and CPU fans spin up, and the power button light turns on, but there's no display. I can't even see the ASRock logo during boot, and pressing the DEL or F12 keys isn't getting me to the BIOS. Here's my setup: I have an ASRock Phantom Gaming B850I Lightning motherboard paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU. I've already attempted a few troubleshooting steps: - Removed the GPU and connected HDMI directly to the motherboard. - Removed and re-seated the RAM sticks. - Plugged in only one RAM stick into each slot separately. - Removed and re-seated the CPU, confirming there was no damage to it or the pins. - Cleared the CMOS using the jumper pins. - Attempted a BIOS flash using the rear button, but the light only blinks once instead of continuously. - Took the motherboard out of the case, connecting only the RAM, CPU, power, and monitor. I've submitted an RMA request to the vendor, but I wonder if there's anything else I might have overlooked.

Itโ€™s uncanny that youโ€™re experiencing this too! I had a similar black screen issue recently. If it helps, you might want to double-check all connections, especially the power cables to the motherboard. But since you've already done a ton of troubleshooting, it sounds like RMA is your best bet.

Sounds like a frustrating issue! Since you're already trying a lot of things, Iโ€™d suggest you proceed with the RMA, as it seems like there might be a motherboard issue. One thing to check would be your PSUโ€”sometimes they can be faulty but still supply power to fans and lights. Iโ€™d keep that in mind before sending it back.
