My PC Won’t Signal to Monitor or Peripherals After Motherboard Replacement

I just replaced my motherboard with a TUF Gaming B650-E WiFi, and now my PC isn't sending any signals to the monitor, keyboard, or mouse. I'm stuck! The DRAM light is constantly orange, and although I updated the BIOS (my CPU is a Ryzen 5 9600X) and reset the CMOS, nothing seems to help. Initially, after the CMOS reset, the DRAM LED changed to an orange-red, then off, with a white LED turning on, but now it's just solid orange again. Any suggestions?

Have you tried running the RAM sticks one at a time? Sometimes a single faulty stick can cause issues like this.

What was your old motherboard? I'm curious why you needed to replace it. Did you have similar issues before?
