I recently got a Patriot P400 Lite 1TB SSD and have only been using it for about two months. It hasn't seen much action—just a few games installed and Windows on it. However, I noticed that its health is already down to 87% according to multiple apps. I'm concerned and looking for advice on what steps I should take next or how to address this problem.

Try running CrystalDiskInfo to see how much data has actually been written to your SSD. The P400 Lite is a QLC SSD, which has a TBW (Terabytes Written) rating usually around 500 to 600TB. Losing 13% health would indicate around 78TB written, which might be higher than you'd expect given your usage.
Have you considered what types of games you’re playing? Some games, like Ghost of Tsushima, can create a lot of background log files and might write extensive data to your SSD. Also, gacha games often do a lot of file checks when updating, which can increase write cycles. That could explain the drop in health.

I played Ghost of Tsushima for about 10 hours at most, plus a bit of RDR2 and Project Zomboid—that's it!
