Need Help Building My First PC! Any Suggestions?

I'm trying to upgrade my PC because it's starting to slow down and can't handle the bigger games I'm interested in. I don't want to spend money on a pre-built system, so I'm using PC Part Picker to select components after doing some research. My budget is decent but not too high. Could I get some feedback or suggestions to improve my build?

Why did you opt for the 7800X3D? Just curious! Most high-end games are more GPU-dependent, and I've noticed some people pair powerful CPUs with lower-end GPUs. If you’re willing to reconsider, consider the 9700X or 7700X and you could invest the savings into a 5070, which would outperform the 5060 Ti with the 7800X3D unless you’re mainly into CPU-heavy games like Sims or Civ.
