Hey everyone! I recently built a PC and I'm trying to get my Wi-Fi working. I downloaded the Wi-Fi drivers on my Mac and transferred them to a USB stick for installation on my new machine. However, when I try to run the setup application, it starts and then quickly exits with no clear message. I attempted a silent install as well, but it only says it's installing for a few seconds before quitting. I've also restarted my PC multiple times, but I'm still unable to connect to Wi-Fi. Is there something I'm missing? What steps should I take to get my Wi-Fi up and running?

First, make sure your wireless adapter appears in the Device Manager under the network section. If it doesn't show up, the issue might be that the driver installation isn't going through properly or that the adapter isn't recognized yet. Check the details there and see if it lists anything about your network adapter.

I checked, and it looks like I only see Ethernet listed. I guess that means the Wi-Fi adapter isn't being detected.
