Need Help Troubleshooting My Fax Machine!

My HR department's fax machine is down, and I'm looking for a reliable test fax number to help troubleshoot the issue. The web interface for the Canon MF455dw says it's ready to send faxes, but when I try, it shows a TX Error report indicating busy or no signal. This has been going on for over a week. Any suggestions?
