I'm having some serious trouble with my computer. When I try to get past the startup screen, which shows the time, it won't let me log in. Instead, it just sends me back to the same screen. I've already done a factory reset, tried booting in safe mode, and even cleaned the device physically, but nothing seems to work. I'm really at my wits' end with this. I also have a video showing what's happening if that helps.

You might want to try running the DISM command in Safe Mode to fix any corrupted system files. Here’s what you can do: Restart your computer and hold the Shift key while clicking Restart. Then go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings and try booting into Safe Mode with Command Prompt. Once you’re there, run these commands one at a time: 1) sfc /scannow, and 2) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
I managed to select 'Boot into Safe Mode with Command Prompt,' but now I’m just stuck at a black screen. Is this common?
