Need Help with Game Installation Error

I'm trying to install a game from FitGirl, but I'm running into an issue where it says 'powershell' is not recognized as an internal or external command. Here's what I've done so far: I installed the game, then the DLC, enabled and disabled Developer Mode, and exited. I chose action 1, and that's when I got this error message. Can anyone help me fix this?
