I'm having issues with my ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II motherboard and the M.2 slots. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods, I can't seem to get them to work. The BIOS doesn't recognize anything in the slots, and they don't show up in Windows at all. Has anyone else faced this problem, and can you suggest some solutions?

What exactly seems to be the problem? Are the SSDs not being detected at all? If that's the case, double-check that they're securely installed and compatible with your motherboard.
Are the SATA drives connected? Sometimes, certain SATA ports can interfere with M.2 slots. Check your motherboard manual to see if any SATA ports need to be disabled for the M.2 to work.
You might want to check if you're using the correct type of SSD. I once got an SSD that didn't match the motherboard's specifications even though it physically fit. Confirm compatibility just to be safe. Have you looked into that?
