Netflix keeps causing my graphics driver to crash and the screen to go black, regardless of which browser I use. I've already disabled G-Sync, adaptive sync, and hardware acceleration in every browser, and I installed the latest graphics drivers after performing a clean installation. The problem has been happening for more than a month, and the usual fixes haven't helped. My system uses an RTX 4060 Ti with driver version 617.14 on Windows 11. Has anyone experienced this and found a reliable solution?

If the same kind of crash also happens while watching other streaming services, that points more toward the NVIDIA driver’s video decoding or DRM path than Netflix itself. Since the usual sync and acceleration settings are already disabled, it may be worth testing an older known-stable driver version and checking whether the crash occurs with hardware-accelerated video playback disabled at the system level.
