I ordered a new PC, and from the very first startup it has been getting stuck on the ROG logo. The screen loads for about five seconds, then freezes, and after waiting long enough the computer powers itself off. I've already tried resetting the system several times and removing and reseating the RAM sticks, but nothing has changed. The PC was built through an online system builder, and it has remained on the boot screen for around 25–30 minutes. What should I try next?

If the system uses an AMD AM5 platform, the first startup can take a while because the motherboard performs memory training. It may restart several times or sit on the logo screen for a few minutes. However, being stuck for 25–30 minutes and then shutting down is longer than expected, so the builder should still diagnose it or replace it.
Since this is a newly purchased, custom-built system, contact the builder or manufacturer first and use the warranty or return process. Continuing to remove components or troubleshoot internally could complicate the warranty, especially if the machine arrived faulty.
A brand-new computer should normally reach setup without this much trouble. Since basic resets and reseating the RAM haven’t helped, I’d stop changing hardware and send it back for testing or replacement rather than risk damaging anything or affecting the warranty.
