I'm building a new PC with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, B850M-X WiFi 7 motherboard, 2×16GB KLEVV DDR5 RAM, a Gigabyte 9070 XT, Deepcool GamerStorm PQ850G power supply, and reused Crucial MX500 1TB SSD and Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD. The case fans spin, but there are no visible motherboard RGB lights and the monitor reports no signal. I tried connecting HDMI to both the graphics card and the motherboard. The graphics card fans also aren't spinning—does that mean it isn't receiving power? I've uploaded photos of the build. Could the RAM slots, display connection, or something else be the issue?

Use the graphics card’s display outputs rather than the motherboard’s ports, and double-check that both RAM sticks are installed in the recommended DIMM slots. Also make sure the GPU power connectors are fully seated. Its fans not spinning does not necessarily mean there’s no power—many cards keep their fans off at idle.

I added some build photos. Should the motherboard’s RGB lighting come on if the system is working properly?
