SeaTools and the firmware update were the right first steps, but a passing diagnostic does not completely rule out an intermittent failure. The fact that the BIOS sometimes cannot see the drive is more significant than a normal health result. Back up anything important immediately and monitor whether the drive vanishes from the BIOS or operating system again.
That pattern still points to the SSD temporarily dropping offline, even if SeaTools reports it as healthy. A controller or connection problem may only appear intermittently. Fully shut the PC down and remove power for a while, then reseat the M.2 drive and check that its screw and heatsink are installed correctly. If the issue continues, test another M.2 slot or drive if possible, and consider using the warranty if the SSD keeps disappearing.
