My PC was left unused for about a year and a half after moving. Now it powers on with fans and lighting, but both displays show no signal. The system has a Gigabyte B650 AORUS Elite AX ICE motherboard, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 32GB of DDR5-6000 memory, Radeon RX 7900 XTX, and a 1000W power supply. I have unplugged and reconnected components, tested the RAM sticks individually, and attempted a BIOS flash, but the Q-Flash indicator never lights up. Could the motherboard have failed while sitting unused, or are there other troubleshooting steps I should try before replacing it?

Before buying a replacement board, try clearing the CMOS and testing the system without the graphics card installed. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D has a basic integrated GPU, so connect your monitor to one of the motherboard's video outputs after removing the RX 7900 XTX. If you get an image that way, the problem may be related to the graphics card, its power connections, or the PCIe slot. For clearing the CMOS, use the board's clear-CMOS pins with a screwdriver while the PC is fully powered off and unplugged, or remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes. The battery usually does not need to be replaced unless it is failing.
I haven't cleared the CMOS yet. I wasn't sure whether I should bridge the pins with a screwdriver or remove the battery, and I didn't realize the 7800X3D had integrated graphics. I'll try removing the GPU and connecting the monitor to the motherboard first.
