My PC was working normally yesterday, but this morning the monitor displayed "No input, entering sleep mode." I bought an RX 9060 XT 16GB about six months ago. The GPU fans spin, and the rest of the system appears to power on. I've unplugged and reconnected the display cable, tried another port, and reseated the graphics card, but the monitor still shows no signal. I'm wondering whether the cable or a failed GPU port could be the problem. What else should I test?

Make sure the monitor cable is connected to the graphics card, not the motherboard’s video output. Since you’ve confirmed it is connected to the GPU, test every available GPU output with a different known-good cable if possible.
Don’t assume the graphics card is definitely at fault just because its fans spin. Check whether the motherboard has any diagnostic lights or beep codes, and reseat the RAM as well as the GPU. A partially unseated memory stick can prevent the system from completing POST and result in no display. Your H470M DS3H apparently lacks those diagnostics, so testing with one RAM stick at a time and trying another display or cable would be useful.
The motherboard doesn’t have diagnostic LEDs or beep codes. I’ve confirmed that the display is connected to the GPU, but so far none of its tested outputs are producing a signal.
