I'm running Windows 11 with a dedicated GPU, and my computer consistently restarts after about five minutes whenever I'm not gaming. It stays stable while playing Minecraft, but reboots during lighter workloads. I initially suspected the power supply and replaced it, but the problem continued. What should I check next?

Check Event Viewer before replacing more hardware. Look under Windows Logs and Reliability Monitor for WHEA errors, bug checks, or storage-related events. Also try loading BIOS defaults and temporarily disabling XMP or EXPO, since unstable memory settings can cause crashes that look like power failures.
Disabling XMP/EXPO didn’t solve it. Are there other things I should try?
I found a stornvme Event ID 11 followed by Kernel-Power Event ID 41. I’m going to try disabling XMP/EXPO first.
