My PC suddenly shut down while I was playing League of Legends. It powers on afterward—fans, lights, and the GPU fan all run—but there is no display and it does not appear to reach the BIOS. I already tried clearing the CMOS with a screwdriver and testing the system with only one RAM stick. I also noticed that holding the power button does not force the PC to shut down. My hardware is a GTX 1650, Ryzen 5 3600, and Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard. What should I test next to identify whether the problem is the RAM, graphics card, power supply, motherboard, or CPU?

The B450M DS3H does not provide the kind of diagnostic display some newer boards have, so you may need to isolate the components manually. Disconnect unnecessary drives and USB devices, leave only the motherboard, CPU, cooler, one RAM stick, and GPU connected, and check whether the behavior changes. A shutdown during gaming followed by a complete failure to display could point to the power supply, motherboard, CPU, or graphics card—not necessarily the storage drive.
Since the fans and lights turn on but there is no display, the system may be receiving power but failing before it completes POST. Turn the power supply off, unplug the PC, and hold the case power button for about 30 seconds to discharge it. Then reconnect everything and try again. Reseat the RAM and test one stick at a time in each slot, and also reseat the graphics card and its power cable.
The fans and lights come on, but I never get an image on the monitor and I don't think it reaches the BIOS.
