I replaced my previous CPU cooler with a white Thermalright Trofeo Vision 360 AIO, but the computer no longer gets through POST. I checked the connections and visually inspected the build, but nothing obviously looks wrong. What should I troubleshoot first?

Check which debug LED is lit on the motherboard when you power it on. The motherboard’s manual should explain whether the light points to the CPU, RAM, graphics card, or boot device, which can narrow down the problem quickly.
Does “mobo” mean motherboard?
