I recently upgraded my graphics card to an Intel ARC B570, replacing my old GTX 1060, and everything was running smoothly for a bit. However, after I restarted my PC, it failed to POST. Now, when I power it up, the fans all spin, but there's no beep from the motherboard, no video output, and it only shuts down when I turn off the power supply completely. Here are my specs:

- Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M DS3H
- CPU: Ryzen 5 4500
- RAM: 2x Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4
- Graphics Card: Sparkle GUARDIAN Intel ARC B570
- Power Supply: EVGA 750 BQ

Check for any motherboard lights. If there are colors showing, they can indicate where the issue lies. But if you don't see any lights, that could be a sign of a bigger issue.

I checked, and unfortunately, there are no lights on the motherboard.

Have you tried reseating the RAM? Sometimes poor connections can cause those issues, and moving them around can help too!

I tried reseating it and even moved the sticks to different slots, but it didn't work.
