I recently moved my PC, and now it won't power on. When I switch on the PSU, the motherboard RGB briefly lights up and the CPU AIO display flashes, but neither stays on. Pressing the case power button does nothing—there are no BIOS debug lights, sounds, or unusual smells.
This happened once before, but the system eventually started working again on its own. I've already replaced the PSU and CMOS battery, reseated and recabled everything, and confirmed the CPU installation looks correct. I also tried removing the RTX 4070 Ti Super and testing with no RAM, one stick, and both sticks, but nothing changed.
I don't have spare components for testing. Since the problem began after moving the system, could this be a loose connection, a damaged case power button, a short, or a failing motherboard? What should I try next?

Because this started after moving the computer, check for a loose connection or a short before condemning the motherboard. Reseat the 24-pin motherboard cable, CPU EPS cable, front-panel power connector, RAM, and all AIO connections. If possible, remove the motherboard from the case and test it on a nonconductive surface with only the CPU, cooler, motherboard, and one RAM stick installed. This can rule out a misplaced standoff or case short.
The motherboard is possible, but the CPU can cause similar symptoms. I had a system that behaved this way and initially replaced the motherboard, only to discover the processor was the actual failed part. Without spare components or diagnostic lights, the most practical next step may be having a repair shop test the CPU and motherboard separately.
Try starting it without the case power button by briefly bridging the two power-switch pins on the motherboard with a screwdriver. A damaged or disconnected case button can prevent startup, especially if the case was bumped during the move. Check the motherboard manual to identify the correct pins and only bridge them momentarily.
