Quick Assist Shows “Try Again Later” Error Across Multiple Networks

Is anyone else unable to open Quick Assist? It displays: "Try again later. Something went wrong on our end. We're working on it." I've tested both my company network and a personal mobile hotspot, but the error remains. Several coworkers are seeing the same problem too, and it started on September 17, 2026 at 07:11 UTC. Is this a widespread service issue, or is there a local fix?

One thing worth checking on the helper’s computer is launching Quick Assist with administrator privileges. That has been required in some setups recently, although it may not resolve a broader service outage.

Others are reporting the same failure from different countries, including the Netherlands and Czechia. Since it happens on both corporate and personal connections, this looks more like a widespread Quick Assist service problem than a network-specific issue.
