I was playing Overwatch when a strange blue rectangle appeared in the middle of my screen. I didn't think much of it at first, but it stayed there even after the game ended, so I don't think it was a bug. I tried restarting my computer, but it's still there. I'm suspecting it might be related to something in my task manager since I can't seem to close it, no matter how many times I click 'end task.' Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it? It sounds like you might want to check your accessibility settings. Sometimes, features related to narration or other assistive tools can cause odd overlays like that.
Try pressing Caps Lock + Escape. This likely activated the narrator feature, which could explain that blue rectangle.

I looked into all the settings and didn’t find anything that seemed to fix it, unfortunately.
