Hey everyone! I'm facing a frustrating problem with my Razer Blade 15 (2023) as it suddenly stopped displaying this afternoon. Initially, it worked fine with an external monitor, but after switching to the discrete GPU, it stopped connecting to the external monitor entirely. The keyboard and lights are still functioning, and the charger seems to be working too, with a slow blinking green LED light.
Here's what I've tried so far:
- Removed and reseated the RAM
- Removed both the main and CMOS batteries (let them drain)
- Held the power button down for 10-15 seconds
- Changed the graphics settings to use the discrete GPU
I'm at a loss on what to do next. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you might have permanently switched to the discrete GPU in BIOS without the option to revert back since you can’t see anything. Just to clarify, are you still able to get any display on the external monitor at all? If so, maybe you can change the settings back. If the external display isn’t connecting, it might be tricky. Hang in there, and if you can, try to get a USB repair tool set up from another computer if that's an option for you!
If the external monitor is still showing a black screen, then it might be something else. Have you checked if the internal screen flickers at all when you boot up? If it's completely black, you could try booting into BIOS to see if anything displays there. Sometimes you might need to use a USB repair disk from another computer to get access to CMD and reset display settings or roll back drivers. It might be worth holding down the function key to access BIOS on startup.

Yeah, I’ve tried extending and duplicating my screen, but nothing shows. Now, I can’t even connect to the external monitor since switching to discrete GPU, so I’m really stuck!
