I think you'll want to aim for a couple of sticks of 16GB RAM, ideally with a lower CL for better performance. For storage, an entry-level NVMe SSD is perfect; even a 1TB will give you great value. You really don't need a liquid cooler for this build; a single fan cooler will do the trick just fine.
