I'm managing a team of over 200 people, both remote and in-office, and I'm currently handling all the procurement and retrieval on my own. I'm really in need of a reliable IT asset management software that allows me to track the entire process closely. So far, every third-party tool I've tried has been inconsistent, despite their otherwise good services. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I started off with BlueTally for IT asset management, which I found pretty useful. I eventually switched to FreshService to merge ITAM and ITSM, and it's been a good experience so far.
SnipeIT really is a go-to for its price point. If you're open to exploring alternatives, Odoo is surprisingly flexible across various sectors. Just be cautious—some service integrators aren't that great.
I might be an outlier, but I've found Alloy Navigator to be an awesome product. It's super customizable to fit specific needs and works well for asset management.
SnipeIT has been a solid choice for many. It's free for the self-hosted version, and it does a good job of keeping track of IT assets.
NinjaOne recently launched an IT asset management feature. It combines both RMM and ITAM functionalities, and I've heard great things about it!

I second that! SnipeIT is definitely worth checking out.
