I'm in search of some recommendations for single tower air coolers suitable for my Ryzen 7800X3D CPU. I prefer single towers for aesthetic reasons. I'm also not looking for water coolers because they tend to be noisy, and I can't find one at a good price that has favorable reviews regarding noise levels. Any advice would be appreciated!

The Arctic Freezer 36 is a solid option for what you're looking for. It's known for good performance and relatively low noise levels. If you're willing to spend a bit more, the Noctua U12A is another great pick, but just be ready to pay a premium for it.
The Arctic Freezer 36 has been working well for me on the 7800X3D, keeping temps around 75-80 °C during intense gaming, and the fan curves are super quiet!
If you're not limited on space, I'd suggest considering a 'closed' dual tower cooler with a shroud over the middle fan so it looks more streamlined. The performance you gain is worth it. However, if you're sticking to a single tower, the Be Quiet Dark Rock 5 can also do the job well.
I personally use the Noctua U12A and it's been silent while keeping my 7800X3D cooled well, so if you're looking for reliability, it's definitely a good choice!
I’ve heard good things about the sudokoo SK 700V; it’s worth checking out. Also, the Thermalright Burst Assassin could work, but you might need to swap out the fan to handle heavy loads better.
