We're in need of small locker options for our staff who sometimes come in after hours to pick up specific equipment that's about the size of a phone. Ideally, we want a solution where our IT person can either unlock the locker remotely or provide a QR code for staff to scan and access the locker. We're looking for perhaps 5 to 10 lockers total. Once staff take the equipment, they should be able to return it to a designated area, and our IT team will restock the lockers the next day. However, most of the lockers we've seen are just too large for our needs. Any suggestions?

What about a product called LocknCharge? They might have options that fit what you're looking for.
You could also consider going with basic non-smart lockers and just use combination locks. It's a bit more manual since you'd have to rotate the combos yourself, but it's usually a much cheaper option.
Have you looked into Bluetooth smart locks for existing cupboards? We’re currently testing one at work that allows unlocks through an app, and you can manage access through a dedicated management app as well. I'll try to grab the exact name for you soon.
Honestly, I’m not sure IT should handle this. Maybe it’d be better for facilities or HR to decide on purchases, but then again, they might not understand the specific needs you have.
